• If an event is cancelled, the stake will be refunded
• If an event is not concluded within 48 hours, hbajje reserves the right to keep bets open until the new scheduled date

Cash Out Policy

Cash Out may not be available on all bets. The Cash Out value is determined by hbajje and is final. No disputes regarding a bet will be accepted once Cash Out has been completed.

Match Fixing Policy

Any member found attempting to gain an unfair advantage through match fixing or other fraudulent means will have their account immediately suspended and all winnings forfeited.

Any of the following activities on hbajje will result in immediate account closure and may lead to legal action:

• Multiple accounts: Operating multiple accounts under the same person's name or details
• Bonus Abuse: Using strategies to repeatedly withdraw bonus funds
• Arbitrage Betting: Placing opposing bets across multiple platforms to guarantee a profit
• Hacking or use of software: Use of automated bots or hacking tools
• Money Laundering: Using hbajje to Launder Money
• False Information: Use of a false identity or fraudulent documents
• Playing on behalf of a minor: Allowing another person to play on your account

If you wish to close your account yourself
